The contractor-routered edges can work beautifully with natural stone tiles. Second-best would be through-body porcelains, but spend some time in a tile store first so you won't be surprised by what you get. A through-body porcelain has a body ceramic that's close to the surface color. CLOSE - not always exact, because sometimes they put on a glaze or surface treatment that changes the appearance. If you router off the edge, the rounded section you see won't be an exact match for the top. Most often, you'll see a similarly-colored subtly-dotted base. Some people are perfectly happy with this look. Some aren't. (I'm in the NOT group.) Even the ceramics and porcelains that come with 'matching trim pieces' can have this same issue though. Sometimes the surface design or glaze just disappears! They call this matching? I don't! Sometimes they continue the glaze all the way around the edge. THAT matches. If I want a finished edge, I have learned to closely inspect the trim pieces. I will NOT buy them sight unseen, even if it holds up a job. They're just too important to getting a great look.

Well, I am back. Rode my bike to the mall, 7 1/2 miles. Bought 6 bottles, three for my bathroom, three for Jerry's bathroom. I was just there last weekend they had buy 3 get 3 free going on and I am now very stocked up, I got some of those coupons in my bag too. I will use those for more of the wallflowers refills probably. I am in love with their new scent Secret Wonderland, my niece was using it when she came to visit us and I literally wanted to just stick my nose on her she smelled so good. My little dog kept curling up with her and every time the dog came to sit with me she smelled so good LOL. I do not use perfumes but I can generally use their lotions and sprays. I just got out of the shower using that shower gel and the shower lotion and I smell and feel great. They have a ton of stuff on clearance too picked up some of their awesome candles for half price. I was burning the rose scent one the other day and it smelled like I was in a rose garden light but not over powering. And the person helping me said wait I have something you will want and ran off, came back with a hot pink wallflower starter that was on sale for $2. He was apparently the manager and was pushing my wheelchair all over the store for me to smell stuff LOL when he took me to the girl at the register he said my discount for her! OMG could not believe it what a great guy! He knows I will be back.
