 o
problem with my Brinkmann

I have a Brinkmann Pro Series 2500. It's about 3 years old. The side burner flame is almost pure orange and blackens any pot or pan you use. Brinkmann sent me a new valve but no change. There doesn't appear to be an adjustment for air/fuel mixture. This started about a year ago. I've taken the burner apart and found nothing unusual.

RE: problem with my Brinkmann

it's not getting enough air .... that's the only thing it can be ..... if anything is blocking the airway (even a spiderweb) it will do that ... sometimes they put a bolt that disturbs the gasflow into the burner and if you want more air you screw it in ...... thers not too much it can be as you can see when taking it apart there not complex
