| This one is really great. Those that can catch their own trout fresh are really lucky!
Be careful with this on a hot Virco though, it's easy to overcook trout!!!! BBQ Trout Ingredients (6 servings) 2 c Tomato sauce; (15 oz. can)
Instructions In small saucepan, combine tomato sauce, wine, melted butter, lemon juice, green onion, salad herbs, sugar, salt, and hot pepper sauce. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Grill fish over hot coals 10 minutes on each side. Brush both sides of fish with sauce during the last few minutes of grilling. Pass remaining sauce.

| Spamram, Stop looking for limp reasons to shut me down. Stop being the class tattle tale type. It reveals your true self you pitifull sould. Why are you so angry? Is your life so miserable? Evidently. Why do you wish to force that upon others? Do you have the stones to answer these questions in front of the group? Are you a man or the mouse and hall monitor type that you portray? You must have had a rough childhood? Are you married? We are all just curious at this stage? I tell you what. Why don't you begin an "action" against my alleged plagiarism you sweet pea? Does it really piss you off that much that I have gained the popularity that I have because I provde the decent folks on this forum with good info. and you speak in such a condescending tone to them? I think you might be fodder for being banned. Oh yes. |

| I found the same recipe over on "Recipeland.com". It also appears on a number of other sites. Recipeland seems to have a great database of recipes, one can just search on "grill" to get a lot of options. I saw one there for "BBQ Trout" that sounded more appetizing to me. Also, no hot coals required ;-) BBQ Trout -----------------------------MARINADE FOR FISH:----------------------------- |
