I ordered the Broil King PortaChef from these guys. Their site was not clear if they had the one with the steel FlavRwave plate or briquettes, so I sent them an email indicating that I wanted the FlavRwave plate model and asked which one they were selling. They responded: "The new grill this year is the ss plate...", so I ordered the grill and they sent me one with briquettes! Then I sent them another email asking why they sent something different than what they described. They responded abrasively and accused me of screwing up the order. I think they just wanted to unload last years model and lied. I would suggest you avoid these guys. On the other hand, the Broil King Porta Chef is a very nice unit, although I haven't had a chance to use it yet.
