| I'm thinking of getting the Holland companion grill. I like the idea of indirect heat, but my concern is that it might be a little underpowered. |

| It is a little bit.. but if your cooking meat you can cook with the hood closed. A cooler grill is great for cooking fish, shrimp, veggies, or pretty much anything delicate. You can look at Napoleon grills wich are a little hotter and comes with a cookbook designed for there grill and teaches you about indirect cooking. Even on a extremely hot grill you can still indirect cook ... you can see some napoleons @ azgrills |
