| This is something you can make ahead for breakfast. ready in 1 hour or less 1/2 cup butter or marg. 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda 10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled 2 cups cornflakes 1/2 cup raisins Preheat oven to 350° F. In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Add flour and soda; mix well. Stir in bacon, cornflakes and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 15-18 min. or until lightly browned. Cool for 2min. before removing to wire racks |
