Snappy, If you are refering to the $599 model, they don't offer an NG model or conversion kit. Not sure on the new "Big" grill that is going for $1500. There have been several posts about converting these grills to NG here in this forum. I know you said you emailed the manufacture (Grand Hall). Lots of information has been posted over the years. The first one is mainly about converting grills from LP to NG. Maybe this will help you out. I just purchased this grill because Sam's dropped the price to under $700 for their end of the season. You had better have PLENTY of STRONG people to help you get it to where you want it. It weighs over 400 lbs in the crate. VERY well packed. It doesn't require hardly any assembly though. My original Members Mark has given me years of service since I purchased it 5 years ago. I fired the new one up and the temp climbed to 600 really fast. I haven't tried the oven or the sear burner yet. It looks really cool with the blue panel lights on at night. Anyway, I hope this gives me the service my other on did.... BTW I sold my old one to the guy who helped unload it for $150. Makes for a great deal now.

I've had my eyes on the Member's Mark grill at Sam's for a couple years now... My Sam's sold their last one about 2 months ago... then they got the other model with the enamaled steel lid, and smaller cooking space... I had very little interest in that model... However... after a month or two absense, my local Sam's club just got about 10 new Member's Mark grills in stock. This after they've alread started stocking Christmas stuff... So... I know for sure that some Sam's Club stores are still getting these grills in... One thing always has me scratching my head on these MM grils, is the cooking grate... those 'bars' must be hollow tubes, as they are not all that solid it seems. I can easly bend them with my bare hands... I'm not sure it's a problem, but just something I noticed... Theose grates would probably also weigh about twice as much if they were solid... Anyone ever bend their grates on these grills when using a little extra elbow grease when brushing these grates off?

got the new one last night. put it together this morning. (71 min 38 sec from first cracking box open to cleaning up the trash) starting to put the oil on to season the iron. tahnks for the tips. burners flame to full power and i know the insides of my grill. the last one, i couldn't get the propane tank to hang on the guage, the top hooks were pointing down instead of up. found a few other discrepencies from the old one to this new one. suggest anyone that buys a pre assembled grill, any grill, go over it step by step in the instruction manual to make sure it is put together 100% correct. mine were all minor flaws, but someone might get one with a hose but on wrong or whatever. found out sam's pays the stock boys 25 dollars to put some together. faster they do it the more it is worth to them. guy i talked to says he has got it down to 35-40 minutes per grill. that is awfully fast to put your trust in that he didn't miss anything.
