Charcoal Grill Recommendation for Summer Kitchen

Hello,
Just wanted to know if anyone has a recommendation on a charcoal grille for an outside (in FL) summer kitchen, maybe in Stainless steel. Our builder is going to do a built in for it. Thank you.

Have you considered ceramic? The ceramic charcoal cookers are very highly regarded. The Big Green Egg is one, the Kamado is another and there's a third I can't think of right now.

Are these built-in grills? Looking at them it does not see so unless there is a kit for that to happen. Thanks.

I know I've seen at least the Big Green Egg built-in. I don't think there's any difference in the grill - it can be used on a stand or built-in I believe.

Here is a link that might be useful: BGE Built-In
