Recommended Propane Grill Inserts for Summer Kitchen

We're building a house and have already run the lines for power, water and gas (from a buried propane tank) for a summer kitchen near the back porch.

I'll never understand why built-in grill inserts seem to cost so much more than their wheeled counterparts, but no matter.

I'm looking for recommendations for an insert grill. My criteria: capable of generating a lot of heat for adequately searing steaks; good enough size to feed a small army (family/guests), 600 sq. inches of cooking surface or more; quality construction and durability (harder to determine).

Thanks so much! I've posted a separate question about building in a Big Green Egg, so if you have experience with one, please chime in there as well.
