I am very interested in buying one of these grills and bricking it in. I am curious to the advantages and disadvantages of the two grills. Which one would you people recommend buying, and if anyone has any tips on bricking the grill I would love to hear them. Thanks a lot

A quick search on bricking in and you would have seen my thread about 10 down.

Something else to remember. Grand Hall also makes the Kenmore Elites for Sears. The big one is on sale for $1000 until June 22. My problem with the Kenmore is no rear rotissarie burner, but you may not care.
