I'm in search for a 55 gallon drum charcoal grill. Can someone please direct me in the right direction to purchase one? Thanks in advance

RE: 55 gallon drum charcoal grill needed

Go to your local metal supplier and ask them to cut you a piece of expanded metal, just large enough to fit inside the half drum. Tell them what it's for and they will understand. Then drill some 3/8 inch holes about 1 inch down from the edge on the sides and ends and apply some 2 inch bolts with nuts to keep the grill from falling in too far. Have them cut a second piece just big enough to hold the charcoal off the bottom of the drum. Vent openings on either end just below the coal grid, and you are ready to cook.
