| Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me. I've been looking for a powerful outdoor burner so I can cook large quanitities of stew/soups/chilis...etc. (No turkey frying here). Has anyone had experience with the Eastman outdoor revolution burners or the Bayou calssic burners? Also I found a place that uses high powered "jet-burners". Are those overkill and unsafe? Thanks for any help/suggestions! |

| Hi what did you come up with as a high powered burner? how many btu's? I saw one at lowes, it kicks out 21,000 btu's, i was thinking of getting it for wok cooking, Its about $110. its a single stand alone burner with a swing open top and controls in front. JerryMB |

| The Eastman, which I am also thinking of getting, does something like 55k btu, but the mini-jet burners can do 100k to 300k btu and are quite popular with the seafood boil crowd, 80 quart kettle and all... |
