LOOKING for: Looking for jalepeno rats

| Saw a recipe called "rats" and knoe can't find it. it was jalepenos' stuffed and wrapped then grilled, anyone remember it |

| Found this in a search, don't know if this is what you are looking for. You could grill it. Wrapped Jalapenos
Ingredients
Jalapenos
Cream Cheese
Chopped Onions
Parmesan Cheese
Bacon strips
Directions
Amounts of each ingrediant vary to taste.
Slice (deseed or not) jalapenos lengthwise.
Stuff with the mixture of Cream cheese, onions and parmasan cheese.
Wrap bacon around and secure with a toothpic.
Place in 350 degree oven for approx 20 minutes or until bacon is done. |
