I actually looked at these grills about a year ago at Super Target and was quite inpressed with them. I really liked the wooden cart, very good overall quality. Here is their web site if you haven't already found it. http://www.aussiegrill.com/default_Flash.htm
I think they are a pretty big company. I believe that they are also marketed in the UK under the "Outback" name.
