| I just purchased a Discovery Series 4 Burner Barbecue Grill from BeefeaterBarbecues.com. The barbecue comes standard with cast iron cooking surfaces. Does anyone have any tips for correctly seasoning these types of surfaces? |

| Before and after every use, wipe them down with a towel with canola oil on it. That's about all you have to do. |
