| I have the Member's Mark BO8SMG 48" grill. We purchased this a few years ago, along with the "party cart" which has a sink and faucet as well.
The faucet has a cracked "ceramic cartridge". We've removed the cartridge and are looking to replace that part. Omahagrills.com customer service was.. ahem... less than helpful. They will not tell us who manufactured the faucet (someplace in china). They insist its a $300 replacement for the entire faucet. All we need is a new ceramic cartridge! (likely a $7 part!) Does ANYONE know what replacement cartridge it is for this faucet? |
