Hi everyone,
I am wonder what kind of a gift to buy for my brother.
He cooks outdoors daily on the grill and uses a smoker
too but not as much as the grill.
My ? is I want buy him something special that would go along with the grill or smoker.Maybe make up a basket with alot of different things to use with it.
Any great outdoor books?Meat rubs and input?

How about a branding iron for steaks?
I had one years ago, that you could specialize steaks per request with M, MW, W and R. |

| Geez, it was umpteen years ago, when visiting in Phily. Bet you can find one at any cooking specialty store, or an upscale hardware store that carried grilling supplies. It had a long handle with a black cast-iron cube attached with the letters on each side. Hope you can find one. |
