Turkey Deep Fryer

| I bought a Turkey Deep Fryer for my husband last year for Fathers Day. For Christmas we bought one for both fathers. We have since bought a bigger, more industrial type at Sams Club. We really love it. Turkey has never tasted so moist or cooked so fast.
We have also used it for cooking sweetcorn, crab legs and friends have cooked boiled dinner in theirs.
Does anyone have any other recipes they can share? I would love to get more use out of it.

| Mines not a turkey fryer but same concept, big pot of oil heated by propane burner. One of our favorites is beer battered fish, french fries, and hushpuppies. Have also done large batches of battered shrimp and clam strips for parties. Live on the lake so a good old fish fry happens several times a year. Good Stuff! David |
