Just wondering -- to tip or not to tip....

Does anyone tip the person who fills the tank? He takes it out of car and reloads afterwards.

Cost $13. to fill.

I have never tipped. I take the tank out and put it back in, tho. Cost here to fill a 20lb tank is $9.99
