First off let me say I'm not a lawyer but its most likely a liability issue. However, I have read posts of doing this over on the bbq source forum. Some grill companies (weber for one) have quit selling the LP to NG or NG ot LP conversion kits. I own a Weber but never wanted to convert it to NG. However a couple of my other grills AOG, Holland and Phoenix are convertable and conversion kits are readily available. At 5K you are out of my league but a nice 36" built in AOG made by RH Petersen same company that makes Firemagic is about half of that. Jeff

Good Morning. Yes Antss you are right about them not being clients as yet. I meet this family in Fontile when I was showing their sales staff the new 60" Channel Drain from Quick Drain USA. This family lives 10 minutes from my house and are doing a similar renovation on their home as I did on mine. The couple came by for a tour and to view the other 3 channel drains I have in stock. One other from Quick Drain USa and two from ACO. They love them. I like to build these bvathrooms in Excel first so I can give a proper budget and timeline for my clients. I only close 1 out of 4 jobs I quote as most are not prepare for the final ticket price. We are moving our focus into just this drain installation and waterproofing measures and will work on my home until these choice jobs come our way! Mongo the tub's waste line will be in at about 1 1/2" (grade speaking) from the drains low point. I was worried that this could be a problem. If I do like you say and make a tight connection and use Nobel Sealand or Kerdi Fix around this point do you feel it is far away and bullet proof enough?

Is there a 24" wide stainless steel farmhouse/apron-front sink that can be installed into a stand-alone cabinet? I would like to use one of my laundry room, instead of a stand-alone ABS/acrylic-sink-cabinet unit. I have looked at the Zuhne 24" apron-front stainless steel sink. It looks like it must be installed next to counters if it's installed flush or built-up. I love the look of a clawfoot tub, but we're going with a built-in for three reasons: - As someone else said above, the built-in tub is easier to get in /out. The tough thing about a stand-alone is that when you step out, you step over AND down ... down lower than the tub. It's an uncomfortable step. - I don't love cleaning, and a stand-alone tub requires cleaning all around /underneath. - The stand-alone is more expensive ... more expensive to buy, plumbing is more expensive, and you need more tile, which is not cheap. I had an oval tub on the small side in that space in my last house. I really liked it. It used a lot less water than what you have. That's exactly what we're planning -- a smallish oval tub in a deck. We're going with an oval because it requires less water, and our body parts don't go into the corners anyway. A slightly smaller tub is fine for us 'cause we're not big people ... and a smaller tub fills faster and requires fewer gallons to fill.
