Imperial Outdoor BBQ Island - don't purchase

| Just thought everyone would like to know about the service of Imperial Outdoor BBQ Islands. I placed money down on their biggest model while they were at the home show in our town. It was the 2nd year that I had seen them there and we liked there model style the best. Unfortunately, after more than a dozen calls and a couple of emails, no one has ever returned my call. I have now contacted the credit card company that I used for the deposit and have asked them to reverse the charges to my account. It is too bad too because we really liked the island.

All,
A retraction may be in order regarding my previous message. Imperial Outdoors has now contacted me and hopefully I will be receiving my bbq island in short order. I tried to recall my previous posting, but I can't figure out if that is possible. So unless you here from me again the problem will be corrected.
