 o
dumb question- where to put the coals...

Posted by ilmbg (My Page) on

I have a dumb question- I bought a Smoky Joe, and there are the 2 grates- a small one near the bottom, and the large top one. Where do the coals go- on the very bottom, lying on the metal, or on top of the lower grate.
Thanks...

On top of the lower grate. Great little cooker by the way.
