Does anyone own a Kalamzoo? They look and sound great, but would like to hear from someone who has had experience with them: quality, use, durability, etc.
Thanks,
John

RE: Kalamazoo Grills

We own a huge Kalamazoo grill (the Bread Breaker) and we've had nothing but trouble with it. We bought it in the fall of 2004 just before the company was sold. We first received the wrong grill grates, the second one arrived damaged. It took six months to get the right grate delivered. We constantly have trouble with the gas flow. The problems go on and on. DH called them recently and said he's given up trying to trouble shoot it and wants them to send a service guy. They said they have NO service technicians and we'd have to ship it back to the factory! This thing must weigh 500 lbs. There's no way we can ship it. Unless the new owners have made headway in the reliability area, I would never recommend a Kalamazoo grill.
