New NG grill owner

My husband and I have our very first gas grill. We have always cooked on a charcoal weber. We are very excited at all of the things that we will be able to now do... however... We haven't got the first clue how to cook on it!
We have joked that we are going to have to take a class!
Is there a good cookbook for gas grill dummies? One that will give cooking temps? We just got it hooked up and tested it last night, with all three burners on low it reached over 650degrees very fast, turned all of the grates a nice glowing orange. :) WOW Any help would be great. |
