Comments (10)Snappy, If you are refering to the $599 model, they don't offer an NG model or conversion kit. Not sure on the new "Big" grill that is going for $1500. There have been several posts about converting these grills to NG here in this forum. I know you said you emailed the manufacture (Grand Hall). You could try an give them a call: 800-770-9769 M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm CST or 214-349-1097 Anyways, check out a couple other threads (I've posted the link below) in this forum about these grills. Lots of information has been posted over the years. The first one is mainly about converting grills from LP to NG. Maybe this will help you out. Comments (9)Last year I did a search for built in projects and could never find any info. I've even posted on here acouple of times to see if anyone had done this before. To no avail, I couldn't get to one DIY project for grills. So, I hope that my completed project will be able to help others out there contemplating building there own built in brick grill. Memorial Day BBQ was great. I rotissereed two teriyaki injected chickens and they were great. We also grilled some pork ribs, rib-eyes, kabobs, and pork loins. Everything was superbs. The grill is better that I ever expected. I literally turned on the rotisseree and walked away until they were done. Couple of questions. I cleaned and oiled the covered but still have that browning problem othere have talked about. Whats the best way to clean the cover. Thanks for visiting....See MoreBakers and Chefs gas grills ????
Comments (22)Wallace, These grills from Sam's Club are made by Grand Hall, who also makes the Kenmore Elite line of gas grills for Sears as well as marketing their own brand under the name "Grand Cafe". You can contact them at the following: Grand Hall USA, Inc. 10280 Miller Road Dallas, TX 75238 800-770-9769 M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm CST or 214-349-1097 http://www.grandhall.com/home.html But I don't think they make a NG conversion kit for the Members Mark / Bakers & Chefs grills. I know they do for their own line of grills "Grand Cafe". But parts between the different lines of grills they make I don't think are compatible with each other. There are also a couple other threads in this forum about converting this grill to NG, that you may want to check out for information. Both of the links I've posted have lots of information. Comments (9)I found this forum early in the weekend while researching this exact grill. I have loved all the comments from everyone regarding Grand Hall / Memebers Mark / Bakers & Chefs grills. Even the bad comments. At least I know what to expect. This is huge upgrade from the $150 kemmore that lasted me 6 years, barly (with repairs). I ended up getting this unit last weekend for $229 after a successful garage sale. Also a new patio set which we also gor from Sams. You may have seent it, the 10pc wrought irons set. Very nice also and made in the USA which I like when can find it. Anyway, before I fire this bad boy up, I am looking for comments on seasoning. The grates are cast iron with porcelin coating. Does this coating negate the need for seasoning? What kind of oil works best? Should this be done before turning it on at all, after the first grilling, or exactly when?
