Move the interior door over to align with the exterior so the vanity can go wall to wall.

Thx Hol. Unfortunately that wall backs up with a kitchen so moving the door isn't an option.

The 72" vanity is too long and interferes with the interior doorway. I'd be inclined to do even smaller than 60". I'd think about 54" at the most and a single sink. But I'd draw it up like you've done with your plans to double check how it will look. Here is a site that might be helpful in layout specs.

I'd do a 5' vanity with one sink - the sink should be far away from the exterior door.

Why were you changing to 2 sinks?

I'm going to a double vanity because I'm tired of my husband 'needing' to brush his teeth every time I am doing my make up. I'll probably go with something like the link below or this:

I'd go with 5' so the entrance isn't so crowded (unless you can move the door over as hollysprings suggested). 5' isn't ideal with two sinks (not much room to the left and right, although the middle is fine), but it works fine -- That's what we have in our small bathroom, and I'd rather have two sinks crammed into a smaller space than have to share a sink with my DH.

Do you need the sink to apply your makeup or just a mirror? You could just install a 5' vanity with a single sink to one side and a mirror across the whole thing. Then you can primp while he brushes. And you have sufficient counter space to do so.
