Yes, Holly, I can see how it might be. However, I don't really have enough space to go 5ft x 6ft. The 5x5 wont include a 3ft x 18" bench either.

We have a 5x5 shower with two heads on one wall. We have plenty of room. We just bought a new house and we have talked about making a new 4x5 shower. We know we would still have plenty of room.

We had a 5x5 neoangle in our last house, with shower heads on adjacent walls, and it was plenty big, though we bumped elbows if both shampooing at the same time. We didn't mind. :-)

5x5 plenty big for two - i find even 4x4 feels roomy. 5x5 would leave room for a bench seat along the back wall, if you put two showerheads on the opposite wall (or one large showerhead in front and/or above). I much prefer the side-by-side arrangement to one showerhead each on opposing walls, which usually leaves you showering back to back rather than alongside each other.

weedyacres, you sold that house?! I remember your bathroom from YEARS ago. I loved your bathtub. Do you have more recent remodel pictures?

monica: Yep, had to move because I bought a business 100 miles away. Weedy Acres was a 6-year project, and then we sold it. :-(

We're now working on the much smaller Little Beau. The entire bathroom is the same size as the pictured tub with surround.
