| I cleaned the popup by unscrewing the nut under the sink. The short steel rod came out (the one with a plastic ball on it) and one washer. When I went to reinstall everything and tightened the nut, a leak appeared. It did not leak before... it appears the leak is coming from the plastic ball... it was only hand tightened before, but now it leaks even when slighty tightened with pliers... anyone had this problem? What is the solution? Thank you. Bob |
