Valve/fixture wall set up

Hi all.. We're redoing the spare bathroom and I think I have designed the fixture wall. Does anyone think there will be any issues with this set up? How about the products-problems? Are there codes for the distance between diverter/thermostatic valve or outlets?

Tub is Kolher Archer (drop in) 19" tall
Tub spout is Toto Vivian 7.625" long - 5.75" from tub
Kohler Thermostatic valve and three way diverter (Bancroft style)
Delta 57021 24" slide bar with handheld shower
Jaclo 20" shower arm (this is going to be 6" from 8' ceiling)
 Riobel 12" rainshower head
The tile is going to be 12x24 calacatta look porcelain, and 1 x 2 mini gloss white subway. Outside is going to be a white gloss chair rail.

Picture is to scale. All input is greatly appreciated.
