It's nice to see photo posts of well-done tile installs, as we so often get photos of screw-ups. That alignment is great craftsmanship.

That is WAY cool, though the practical side of me is asking how in the world you'll keep it clean? Anyway, I would use a caulk, as it looks like this is not actually tile but is a shower board of some kind? There are so many choices in colored caulk, you may be able to find one to blend in nicely. Personally, I think I'd go a little darker, rather than lighter, just because it will give the appearance of more depth (and be easier to keep clean :)

Not sure what you mean by "not actually tile"? It's definitely tile,
just very large format - I think each tile is 12x30.

As for keeping it clean, well lucky for me I don't do my own cleaning :-), but actually, I think it doesn't look that hard - the tile is glossy and smooth.

We love the tile and hope it looks great when the floor tile (variegated grey stripes) is done!
