Is it a freestanding vanity? If so, then it won't work in an alcove correctly. Or is it actually designed to fit into an alcove and has fillers available to make that happen?

That is an inapprpriate choice for your alcove. The sinks are too close to the edge to pass code in an alcove, or against a wall, even with fillers. You either need something substantially smaller, like at least 12'' smaller (single bowl), or you need a custom maker and installation. In either situation a wall hung vanity never looks quite right in an alcove. It loses the floating on the wall effect that makes it so attractive in the first place.

The main issue isn't that it wouldn't look right. The main issue is that you would hate it because it would be awkward to use with a wall against either side. The plumbing code requires a minimum of 15" from any sidewall to the centerline of a sink, and there is a reason for that. In fact, most designers recommend this distance be at least 20".

Yeah, my girls' bathroom has the sinks too close to the wall. It's not convenient. With a 66" vanity, you can squeeze in two sinks -- but not really comfortably.
