Tile help for lumen quartzite

Hi, this is my first post, but I've been reading this forum since I remodeled my kitchen last year and gathered so much good advice.

We are remodeling our small master bath. Light natural cabinetry. White rectangular undermount sink. Wall mounted faucet. Tiled shower (no bathtub). Went to the granite place today intent on a white piece with some gray and beige, because I'm boring and gravitate to those colors.

However, we saw a slab of Lumen quartzite and fell in LOVE. I will do my best to link a picture very similar to what we saw from the web. It is a light ice blue with a light green throughout. So my question is this - we will have lots of tile in this bathroom - the shower, floor and wall behind the toilet/sink up to the mirror level - I'm not very creative so I have no idea what would go well with the quartzite. I tend to think just plain old white. I would like larger rectangular tiles in the shower to avoid a ton of grout lines, but am pretty open otherwise.

Any ideas? Thanks so much!
