| Hey folks esp. Mongo : ),
I'm wanting to cover this amazing walnut-veneer 70s piece I'm installing as a tall cabinet in our third bathroom with some extra protection in case of water, but I don't want to go full sheen as I did in our master bath. What is a *high quality* but matte extremely waterproof finish for wood that won't yellow it? Anyone know? Thanks so much as always : ) |

| I'm sure the experts will chime in, but have you looked at Water Lox. The satin finish is excellent, not quite matte, but close. And it is extremely waterproof. |
