backsplash behind white pedestal sink and toilet

Hello All,

I am installing Home Depot New Hampshire slate on my floor in 12x6 tiles and 3x6 tiles of same material in the shower stall ala Yillimuh's renovation [So love your aesthetic, Yillimuh!]

Although I like the teeny white tiles Yillimuh uses as a backsplash, I'm not sure whether it will work behind a white pedestal sink and toilet. Any thoughts?

Would you be tiling the entire wall up from the floor behind the pedestal sink? And behind the toilet?

Thanks for responding biochem101. The back splash will go up the wall from the floor to a few inches shy of the mirror and move to the right of the pedestal (when standing in front of it) at the same level to behind the toilet, ending along a very short wall perpendicular to the toilet.
