| Noticed a discussion from 2008 of hydroshield glass coating. Just wanted to know if anyone has used a glass shower door coated with hydroshield for a number of years and what has been the result. Does the coating itself deteriorate and make the glass look bad after a few years? Just recovering from 15 years with hard water stains on "glass" shower door and walls and don't want to make a mistake. Hydroshield versus regular glass and applications of rain-x. Which is best? Thanks. |

| I will be interested in this, as we did not have the coating applied in the first shower, and have decided on the same on the 2nd shower (not yet in use). We are using Rain-X so far. But it's only been about 1.5 months. |
