Granite and marble in bathroom

Posted by jwm211 (My Page) on

Is it ok to use granite and marble in the same bathroom? I'm planning to use a beige granite vanity countertop and marble tiles on the floor. The marble has both grays and tans in it. The colors and patterns look ok together to me, but I started thinking perhaps that just isn't done.

I appreciate any help you can offer .

Sure you can! As a matter of fact, a lot of the glass and stone mosaics they sell for backsplashes have glass, marble, and granite in the same 12" piece, and they look great together!
