Our downstairs powder room has a window that won't open, and no fan. My blind mother-in-law just doused it with febreze. I am allergic to scents in general and febreze in particular bothers me. (How did that get in there anyway? Maybe the previous plumbers? I threw it out.)

I ride horses, and own dogs, and a bit of natural stink doesn't bother me. The chemicals give me migraines with blinding auras.

Is there anything I can put in there, like a dummy air freshener, that would have no artificial scent but let people think they are "helping?"

Maybe a small wall fan filter thing?
