All Decolav should be tempered glass. Usually backpainted.

Visiting the Decolav website, I could find no glass products that weren't tempered.

A company is selling it on Ebay and listed it as â¾Non-tempered glass construction, perhaps they made a mistake.

I would only use tempered glass.

I do believe it is code that it must be tempered glass.

agree with millworkman, all glass in a bathroom is required to be tempered by code (windows, shower doors, glass sinks). Lots of temperature changes taking place which would crack the glass otherwise. Accessories added should also be tempered (cups, those little shelves for knickknacks) for safety.
