Suntouch is fine. NuHeat too. Warmly Yours. I recommend them as well. All three have been around for quite some time, they put out a quality product, and they all have decent customer support.

Our tile guy liked working with (installing) NuHeat mats, so he recommended them to us. DH was impressed with their tech support when he'd called to get information, so we chose NuHeat. From what I've read here on GW, all three (that mogo mentioned) are well-liked by GW'ers.

I used Warmly Yours in my last Bathroom and will be putting in my renovated Kitchen and Bath very soon.

We put Nuheat in our bathroom about 6 years ago. Last year the thermostat stopped working. We contacted Nuheat's customer service by email and they responded immediately. Within a week we had a replacement thermostat at no charge. Needless to say we were very pleased with their service. Both my DS and my DD have put Nuheat in their recent bathroom remodels. They used the same contractor and he thinks highly of Nuheat.
We all love our nice warm tiled floors.

We had the same thing happen as badgergal, and they sent a new one out at no charge as well.

I just installed Suntouch warmwire (loose wire on a spool) placed into the Schluter ditra heat mats. This was the greatest system. The Schluter wire and thermostats are way to expensive, but using warmwire (or another brand wire) makes it affordable. I would recommend this system because you get an uncoupling membrane and do not have to worry about covering the wires/mesh with self leveling products which are pricey. I was going to use the Suntouch mat, but did not like how it fit in my room with all the irregular areas it needed to cover. I wound up selling that mat on ebay. The Ditra mats allowed an super easy customized install.

We've used Warming Systems multiple times and been happy with them.

We just installed Laticrete's heated flor mats and I am in love with them. Especially this past week when it was 17* in the morning. My toes were toasty!
