I know this is a long shot, but we installed a Jado 3-part shower unit a few years ago (shower, handheld, tub filler), and it's on the blink. The temperature control and mixing is messed up and variable between the three outlets, and it's making some strange noises. Obviously there' something wrong with the mechanism.

Problem is, I can't find the contractor who installed it and my super isn't capable of dealing with it. I emailed Jado and they were unhelpful. Anyone have a lead on where to find a trustworthy plumber/installer in NYC who could deal with this?
