Best place for discount bath tubs?

Posted by twingle (My Page) on

I am looking for a white 6 ft soaking tub in the $700 area. Any discount sources that I should check out?? Also how do I make sure that I am getting a long tub? I heard some tubs say they are 6ft tubs but the length isn't where you would lie. My DH and sons are very tall and I'd like to get a comfy not too expensive tub. My boys love to take baths. Thx

I don't know about discount (unless you're willing to shop at Habitat Restore type shops or an architectural salvage place), but I do recommend trying out any tub before buying. It's not weird. :)

Drag at least one of those boys to the showroom and make him climb on in. For something as hard to replace as a tub, you need to make sure it's right.
