Help with Bathroom Fixtures...What do I need??

Hi There,

It's been a while since I've posted, but now we are remodeling our guest bathroom and can't figure out what we need.

We want to use the Toto Soiree trim. We will have a single sink, and Shower.

We can not figure out what trim/valves we need for the shower.
Since this will be our 4 year olds bathroom, as well as our guest bath...we don't need a whole lot of bells and whistles.

We have a tankless H2O heater set to 125 max, so Temperature in the shower is not an issue.
Based on my understanding in order to have the shower operate we need a Volume control valve, and a volume control trim. Is this correct?

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
