What type of paint are you using on your bathroom walls?....I was thinking I'd use eggshell, but thought I'd see what most people are using.
..flat enamel.....eggshell...satin....semigloss....gloss?

RE: Paint for the bathroom...

I have used Benjamin Moore Aura, Bath & Spa. It is for the bath, of course. It is a rather flat paint. I have it in a room that gets a little steamy but overall the fan keeps up with the moisture. I really like the velvety look. When I asked Sherwin Williams store, they said their bathroom paint is more of a satin type finish.

I would recommend a paint specifically developed for the bathroom.

Benjamin Moore Aura Bath and Spa (which comes in a Matte finish) in two bathrooms, and regular BM Aura paint, in the Matte finish in the guest bathroom (Bath and Spa wasn't available when we did that bathroom).

BM Aura paint, Matte finish is nice and velvety looking on the walls, just as enduring said.
