Need recommendation on wall tile problem

Hello:

The molding for the wall tile in our bathroom has a bit of a finishing issue at the junction with the window molding. Any suggestions on the best way to make this look more "finished"? Round off the tile? Build out the window molding? Any other suggestions?

Not sure you would want to round off the tile since the edge would not have glazing. Only thing I can think of is to get thicker molding.

I agree with Numbers. With the depth of the tile molding being deeper than the door and window trim you may have to go with a deeper trim molding around the door and window. Or choose a different tile molding that isn't so deep.

Pull the casing, build out the jambs, and reinstall the casing.
