| I just settled on a new home and noticed that the upstairs bath tub appears to have a nail protruding through the tub. Is this possible? Are tubs laid on top of subfloors? I had a tech do some repair of scratches on the vanity sink and the tub and after inspecting, I noticed this protrusion. Honestly, I did not inspect very closely prior because it is a guest room bathroom. i will be heading to the house this weekend and will take pictures.
Worse case scenario, is a tub with 6x6 tile around the tub difficult to replace? Would the bottom section of the tile need to be removed? |
