Help with main bath floorplan

I want to change this bath floor plan so that the tub is situated perpendicular to the outer window. No more Jack and Jill. The door will open to the main hall and close off the bedroom entrances. I want the hall to be 48". Give me some suggestions?

Ooooo, I love puzzles! So just to be clear, the entire bathroom space will be one room, with the tub situated perpendicular to the window so the window is at one end of the tub, the only entrance will be to the hall which is being widened to 48 inches?

I want to be sure I understand where exactly you want the tub as that will determine the rest of the space.

Yes, the tub would be perpendicular to the window and placed on either the right or the left of the window. Not necessarily adjacent to the outside wall. The window currently there is a transome but it would become a 30" wide window. We would need a toilet and a 4' vanity with a single sink.
