I apologize for not responding directly to your question; although I obviously have not visited every restroom within Narita Airport, the great majority of the ones that I have visited have wall-mount INAX units installed. The only exception that I can recall is a restroom technically outside of the airport proper, though within the same building: the restroom at the top of the escalators connecting the airport to the JR railroad station underneath Terminal 1; that facility has Toto fixtures, but certainly not Neorests.

Good point - the doc here has a neorest in their office, it just reminded me of the ones in Narita - i never checked back then which brand they were - and I know Inex and Neorest are head to head etc...

We are looking more at the Neorest at this point - so just checking for feedback.
