Toilet clearance

Working on the 8 by 6 bathroom, and we are putting the toilet next to a round shower enclosure! Is there a certain clearance between the shower, toilet and wall? The toilet needs to go on the 6 foot wall next to the shower and wall! The sink needs to be on the other 6 foot wall as the door is in the center of the other 8 foot wall!

I believe ideally a toilet should have 18" on either side of the centerline, so 36" obstacle to obstacle. I will post a link that shows all sorts of recommended distances for bathroom fixtures. On this link it stated minimum recommended is 18", minimum code is 15".

My understanding was 15" from the center of the toilet - I have 18" and really in a small space I think 15" is fine.
