As for the mosaic, I think it might also be calcutta gold. As for the subway tiles, they look like normal run of the mill either American Olean or Dal.

I too was thinking the mosaics may be calcutta (calacutta?) gold but when when I googled images, nothing similar came up, hence my question. If you or anyone else can suggest a manufacturer, that would be helpful.

Those hex mosaic tiles look to me just like what is at Tile Shop. They're calling it a carrara there but it doesn't look like carrara to me. They have lots of displays (at least at my local Tile Shop) out of these materials.

And I agree completely...that floor is not right.

And the vanity top looks a lot like my carrara top. I don't know calcutta very well but I'm recently very familiar with carrara :)

I agree the vanity top looks like carrara. The mosaic border looks like calacatta gold (or oro) to me. Try this site I found. They have hex tiles in many different marbles, I didn't find calacatta gold, but maybe you could try customer service. They have other stones that approximate the look, though.
If you don't like the dark tones on the floor, just go with a plain white hex tile, to pick up the mosaic shape.
