| Since there's always a lot of interest in tile that looks like marble but isn't, I thought I'd mention that I was in Lowes yesterday and they've totally revamped their tile lines, including one that uses the new inkjet process to do a calacatta honed marble.
It looked very nice from what I could see, but they've also started redoing their sample boards using printed photos instead of real tile (hate that), so all I could see was the tile visible in the front of each box. No idea of how many different tiles there are before it repeats. Also, they didn't seem to offer a size smaller than 6x6, so nothing really suitable for a shower floor. They also had some of the new linen look tiles. All are brandless and come from China. |

| Yeah, I looked all over the boxes and there's no spec info about coefficient of friction and such, but I would guess the folks in the department could dig that up. |
